Welcome to the world of Minecraft, where creativity not only helps you craft, but is essential to survival! Four strangers—Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison (Jason Momoa), Henry (Sebastian Eugene Hansen), Natalie (Emma Myers), and Dawn (Danielle Brooks)—are struggling with everyday problems when they’re suddenly drawn through a mysterious portal into the Overworld. A strange, cubic wonderland that lives on fantasy. To get home, they must master this world (and also protect it from evil creatures like piglins and zombies) while embarking on a magical quest with an unexpected and skilled craftsman, Steve (Jack Black).
